Refund policy

You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.  

Absolutely no refunds. We provide store credit in the form of a Gift Card or exchange for another product.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unworn and in perfect conditions, returned in the original packaging.

To return your product, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at goldjewelrypr@gmail.com indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or another item. Await our RA # to include in the package. Absolutely no refunds.
2. Mail return item(s) to: Gold Jewelry PR Urb Sultana Calle Tenerife #21 Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.
3. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method.
4. You will receive an email once return has been processed. 

Important Note: 

• Shipping charges are non refundable.
• Products marked as “sale” may not be returned or exchanged.
• Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• To arrange a gift return, please email goldjewelrypr@gmail.com and we will assist you further. 
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
